COMMUNICATION AND COLLAORATION WITH HIGH VALUE

Studies demonstrate that a significant portion of workplace communication is wasteful.  Some examples of wasteful communications are untruthful messages, inaccurate interpretations, and preconceived opinions without considering alternative points of view.  These communication “barriers” are costly in terms of workplace conflict, inefficiency, and reduced collaboration. This workshop will deliver a model and tools to heighten understanding of these “barriers”, and present and practice specific communication “enhancers” to bring about communication of high value and speed to improve workplace effectiveness.
