Studies demonstrate that a significant portion of workplace communication is wasteful.  Some examples of wasteful communications are untruthful messages, inefficient meetings,  inaccurate interpretations, and preconceived opinions without considering alternative points of view.  These communication “barriers” are costly in terms of workplace conflict, inefficiency, and reduced collaboration. We focus our communication training on understanding and evaluating the impact of our communication with others and developing skills that can enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of our communication has with others.  
Note: All trainings are customized to focus on skills acquisition that can be immediately incorporated into participants' professional and personal lives.
