“As a veteran union negotiator, I utilized the no holds barred, take no prisoners approach to collective bargaining. This methodology often resulted in insults, lack of communication, mistrust, and protracted litigation. I was pleasantly surprised at the effectiveness and value of the training Neil Katz and his Associates provided to our AFGE representatives. They won me over!”
