 Most of today's leaders are under prepared for the challenges they face in the workplace. Research shows that “unresolved workplace conflict represents the largest reducible cost” in many organizations, “yet it remains largely unrecognized.”
(Cram and MacWilliams, 2008). Leadership trainings focus on specific skills and range from large to small group training and can also be done in one-on-one coaching.
