We provide third party neutrals to facilitate structured discussions and assist parties in defining issues and creating mutually agreeable solutions.  Our workshop, "Managerial Mediation as a Supervisory Tool," enables managers and supervisors to use mediation as an effective leadership strategy to handle workplace disputes.  Another specialty is the design and implementation of mediation and dispute resolution systems and the training of mediators.

What is Workplace Mediation?

Workplace Mediation is a alternative dispute resolution process that is used to address workplace conflict by addressing the issue by focusing on improving relationships, communication, and developing more effective and cost efficient ways of dealing with workplace conflict.

Organizations and working groups use mediation to encourage problem-solving and dialog when confronted with a conflict that is disrupting workplace effectiveness and efficiency.

Our consultants act a neutral third party to facilitate empowering dialog that is focused on creating a shared narrative and mutual solutions.  This process can be used to facilitate large individual problems and/or taught as a alternative problem-solving skill and resource for your organization.
